NEUROLAB
Robot fleet control software

Your robot fleet,on one screen, 24/7.

Watch patrol and inspection robots live in a browser, drive them remotely, and run their missions.

Every robot's status, in one table.

Battery, link latency, location and faults update live. A faulted robot is marked by an icon and text, not by color alone.

Map view

From floor plan to 3D space.

Each robot's live position and path are drawn over the 2D plan and the LiDAR SLAM point cloud. Indoors, position comes from SLAM localization instead of GPS.

Alerts arrive at once. Every step is recorded.

Link loss, robot faults and low battery show up as events the moment they happen. Each step from acknowledgement to closure is logged, and closing one as a false positive requires a reason.

Remote driving, only with safeguards in place.

Moving a robot from afar, with people on site, needs guardrails. Four are built in.

Watchdog stop

If control input stops for 0.5 seconds, the robot gets a stop command. After 2 seconds, control is released automatically.

30% speed cap

Remote forward speed is capped at 30% of the maximum.

Two kinds of E-stop

Software E-stop and the hardware E-stop (HES) are shown as separate states.

Field priority

When the operator lets go, the on-site controller takes over within 3 seconds. While the console holds no control, the field controller simply works.

Security

Every access to a robot is checked and logged.

Robots and people both authenticate before they connect, access is split by organization and role, and every remote command is logged.

One credential per robot

Each robot connects only with its own issued credential, and the server keeps just its hash. When one is lost or replaced, only that robot's credential is revoked and reissued.

Isolated per organization

Many organizations share one Cortex, yet robots, events and missions are never visible to another organization.

Role-based access

Only admins and operators can drive remotely, while every role can use the E-stop.

Commands and changes on record

Every command is logged with who sent it and when, and account and permission changes appear in the organization's audit log.

Changes apply at once

Suspending an account or changing a role takes effect even on consoles that are already open.

Invitation-only accounts

Accounts are created only through email invitations, and temporary passwords are never sent.

See the console for yourself.
